While there's plenty of activities right onsite at The Galleria at Split Rock, the entire Poconos area is home to dozens of cultural events, festivals and natural wonders. One and two-bedroom units also feature separate living areas and a fully-equipped kitchen. Rooms include color TV's, gas fireplaces, Jacuzzi tubs, heat/air conditioning and private balconies.
Studio as well as one and two-bedroom units are offered, each lovingly furnished to feel just like home.

The Galleria at Split Rock lies right on the shore of Lake Harmony, providing endless opportunities for both water recreation as well as relaxation. I will definitely be giving a poor review on Expedia (where I booked) Yelp & Google.The Galleria at Split Rock is adjacent to the Split Rock Resort and shares many of the bountiful amenities. I definitely feel ripped off, would NEVER stay or recommend this place, especially at these ridiculous prices. I travel quite a bit for work, I've stayed at nicer Motel 6's than this "resort" Either not open or an empty buffet containing old, dried out food.
The 1 love seat was like sitting on a rock, no trash can in the toilet, no coffee maker, no hair dryer, 2 bath towels only with no one at the desk to ask for more, extremely noisy air conditioner, and walls so thin I could hear everything from the next room. You're left to roam a very musty smelling, run down facility on your own, to find your room.Īs for the room.at over $300 for 1 night, I expected more. Once we found the building, there was not 1 employee to be found either at the desk or elsewhere. Difficult to hear directions through thick plexiglass. Upon arrival, we waited 40 minutes on a very long line to check in. I am less than pleased with my accommodations and the entire experience. We give him an EXCELLENT service rating!! We will never stay at this hotel again. Then we couldn't figure out the strange shower configuration. The lady said that was exceptable and she would send them with new ones. I used my cell phone and tried calling the desk again so we didn't have to tackle all the potholes and that worked. Housekeeping left them in front of our room door, knocked and left. When housekeeping brought us the rags, there was one real rag and 4 cut up strips of towel. So we had to travel back over to the main building and tell them. The room didn't have wash rags in it so when I tried calling the front desk from the phone in our room, it didn't recognize their number. The pictures on- line are not what you actually see at the main hotel. Be careful trying to get anywhere around the hotel. The roads at the property had so many potholes. Bugs and spiders every day in our room beacuse we were in the woods. You had to leave the main building and drive around back on crappy roads just to get to our room because the elevator didn't work to that level.The main doors didn't even shut the whole way. The room they put us in was supposed to be a new add-on building. Im in the middle of playing telephone with them and soon my creditcard company Well its 2 weeks later and it never was comped.

Next day i complained again and was given free water park tix and was told our first night would be comped. We had to flag down the only guy working the lodge to get our items. Next day we went to the desk in person to complain and was told the same sorry and someone would fix this story but in the 2 hours we were out for no one ever came to our room to fix the problems with not having things or or door not locking. When we went to call them our phones werent working and they werent even answering the phone when we used our cell phones now ( this became a theme all weekend) And to top it off they laughed about the situation. We had to drive to the front desk our self to get new keys.
We both called the front desk for 2 hours to be told someone was coming to guve us our actual room keys. The shock on outs and their faces were amazing. Once we got the keys after a long check in we find out that someone is booked in the room they gave us. Was waiting for like 40 mins thru the process. The lakeside area bar and tge water park and the 1 helpful dude in our lodge. First things first let me start with the good.
